British Fire Regulations & Standards


All items listed for sale are fully compliant with British Fire Regulations and standards. All Plastics, Metals, Foams, Fabrics and Leather goods are legally fire resistant and have been treated as required. Glass products are tempered and toughened according to safety regulation standards. Our first priority when choosing products is safety, so rest assured, we only offer products that meet the high specifications British consumers demand.

All items that we offer for sale are 100% brand new and in their original packaging unless otherwise stated. We do not sell ex-catalogue or damaged items.  Our furniture is sourced DIRECTLY from manufacturers. We often start special auctions for items starting from 99p! We start these auctions in order to keep alive the traditional format of eBay sales, and so that we can offer customers of all backgrounds and budgets the chance to own our products. Remember, we cut the middle man out and buy directly from manufactures so that we can pass the savings directly to internet consumers.


Product descriptions and colour


It is almost impossible to perfectly portray and photograph colours of Wooden, Fabric and Leather furniture in pictures. There are many factors such as your own monitor settings which when taking marketing photographs can affect the depth of colour and shading. Very occasionally colours may vary slightly from production, but we cannot accept colour or shade disputes as a reason for fault among our products. We are confident that our photographs accurately portray colour as well as is possible. The dimensions listed are for approximate guide purposes only. The measurements may be absolutely correct or could vary ever so slightly, but certainly not significantly. We cannot accept dimension size discrepancies as a reason for return unless they are grossly (multiple inches) out of proportion.


Delivery & Collection Terms


By purchasing an item from us through eBay, you agree to accept and abide by the terms below. These terms do not affect your UK statutory rights. 


1.) Due to the nature of our products, Orders will not just be sent, all deliveries will be arranged prior to the Order being dispatched.

2.) Our deliveries are carried out by NIGHT FREIGHT who handle operations for the largest UK companies. Typical lead times can be 2 to 5 days from receipt of your payment, with most deliveries normally completed within 7 days.

3.) We offer Two Delivery options: Option 1: £45 two-man delivery operation, they will bring the item into a room of your choice and the afternoon before delivery be given a AM or PM time Window. Option 2: (£24.95 and under), This Service will deliver between 8am – 6pm on the day of your choice. (Monday-Friday) to your front door. (the courier doesn't offer a call prior delivery this is a standard nextday service).

4.) Non-UK mainland and Scottish Highland residents must contact us for a delivery quote before bidding or buying to avoid confusion/disappointment. Delivery to Scotland may take 5 working days.

5.) Collections from warehouse (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) are via appointment only.


Cancellations, Returns, Damaged Item & Refunds Terms


By purchasing an item from us through eBay, you agree to accept and abide by the terms below. These terms do not affect your UK statutory rights.


1.) If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind you can cancel your transaction and return any item to us, in it's original unopened and unused condition for a refund minus the postage charge within 7 days of the date that you signed to receive the item.

2.) If you decide that you are not satisfied with the style, colour or quality of the product then you can return it under the cancellation terms above subject to a re-stock fee and loss of postage charge. All products we sell are accurately described and photographed and even though we feel that your expectations should be reasonably met, we obviously cannot guarantee that each individual person will be satisfied even though they have made a remarkable saving on a product.

3.) In the extremely rare scenario that you have received a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery with photographic documentation of the damage. We will then asses the situation and provide a resolution to meet your satisfaction by either accepting and arranging the item as a return or replacing the product where possible.
